(1) The University shall be a self-governing and incorporated body with unbroken succession.
(2) The University shall have a separate seal for all business operations.
(3) The University may acquire, use, sell or make other arrangements for movable and immovable property like individuals.
(4) The University may file a complaint against an individual and may also file a complaint against the University in the same name.
(5) The university can enter into contracts with individuals, exercise rights and fulfill obligations according to contracts.
